Ruksana Saikia, Assistant Director,  SCERT, Assam under Elementary Education Department secured 1^st position in Master Trainer’s Certificate course conducted by IT, Department, Govt. of Assam and received the certificate from Honorable Chief Secretary, Govt. of Assam for e- Prastuti Project ( Standardization of website)

National Level Award

“Best Video Production Award”(UP) received by SCERT, Assam and “Best Script Writer Award” (New Media/ICT) received by Ruksana Saikia and Piyanu Boruah, Assist. Director, SCERT, Assam  under Elementary Education Department in 23^rd Children’s Educational Audio–Video Festival and ICT Mela organized by CIET, NCERT, New Delhi
